In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to connect your social media accounts, create posts, use the planner, and schedule your content inside FEA Create.
What Can You Schedule Inside FEA Create?
Inside the social media planner, you can schedule:
Instagram posts
Facebook posts
LinkedIn posts
Pinterest pins
TikTok posts
YouTube posts
Stories
Reels
You can also schedule content across multiple social media accounts at the same time.
What Do You Need Before You Set This Up?
Before setting up your social media scheduler inside FEA Create, make sure your domain, client portal, and email marketing are already set up.
You’ll also want to make sure your social media accounts are already connected to the correct business pages and that you have admin access to those accounts.
Step 1: Open the Social Media Planner
Inside FEA Create:
Go to your dashboard
Open the Social Media tab
Enter the Social Media Planner
This is where you’ll manage and schedule all of your social media content.
Step 2: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
The first time you open the planner, you’ll be prompted to connect your social media accounts.
To connect an account:
Select the platform you want to connect
Log into your account
Follow the connection prompts
Choose the business pages or accounts you want to connect
Click Add
You can repeat this process for all of your social media platforms.
Important Instagram Setup Note
If your Instagram account is not appearing during setup:
Make sure your Instagram is connected to a Facebook page
Make sure you have admin access to the connected Facebook page
Ensure you are logged into the correct Facebook account during setup
Without this setup, Instagram may not connect correctly.
Step 3: Create a New Social Media Post
Once your accounts are connected, you can begin creating posts.
To create a post:
Select the day you want to post
Click on the date inside the planner
Choose the social media account
Select the type of content you want to publish
For example:
Post
Reel
Story
Video
Step 4: Add Your Caption
Inside the post editor, add your caption.
You can include:
Text
Emojis
