Understanding Phone Number Setup in FEA Create
Having a dedicated business phone number in FEA Create helps you maintain a professional presence while keeping your personal number private 📱
Please note that purchasing a phone number does come with an additional cost, which is separate from your FEA Create subscription
Additional Costs:
Purchasing your phone number: Aproximately $1 - $2 (can vary based on your country)
Outbound calling: $10 of credits allows you to make approximately 510 calls
Inbound calling: $10 of credits allows you to receive approximately 810 calls
SMS Messaging: $10 of credits allows you to send and recieve approximately 900 segments**
Please note these charges may change based on your country and what number you are calling or messaging.
Once you have used the $10 of credits, you will be charged another $10.

Before proceeding, ensure that:
Your company billing is activated in the FEA Create dashboard.
You understand that setting up a phone number incurs additional costs.
Steps to Purchase a Phone Number:
Access Company Settings:
Log in to your FEA Create account and navigate to the settings.⚙️
Go to "Billing" and ensure your card details are added.
Purchase a Phone Number:
In the settings menu, select "Phone Numbers."
Click on the "+" icon to add a new number.
Choose the option for both SMS and call capabilities.
Select your country and desired area code.
Filter the available numbers if needed and choose one.
Proceed to buy the selected number, and the cost will be charged to your card.
Setting Up A2P Confirmation for SMS:
Access A2P Registration:
Navigate to the settings and select "Phone Numbers."
Under A2P Registration, click on "Start Registering."
Choose between registering for a brand or campaign.
Complete Registration Form:
Fill in the required details, including business entity, tax ID, and contact information.
If you don't have a tax ID, select the appropriate option.
Provide your business name and address.
Submit Contact Information:
Enter your personal phone number for verification.
Complete the registration form and submit it.
Confirmation Process:
It may take 7 to 10 days for the A2P registration to be completed.
Monitor the status of your registration in the FEA Create dashboard.
Utilizing SMS and Call Features:
Once your A2P registration is approved, you can start using your new number for SMS and calls directly within FEA Create 🎉
