The most important one to be aware of is email usage, as this is what most members will see first.

What is my Company Billing Information used for?
Your billing information is used to cover any additional usage costs beyond your core subscription. This includes things like emails, calls, AI usage and more.
It only applies when you actively use these features.

These costs are based on usage, so you only pay when you use these features.
Phone-related costs can vary depending on the country you are based in, so they may not always be exactly the same.
SMS marketing costs vary on message content and length.
Domain costs are separate and depend on the domain you choose to purchase. If you transfer a domain, costs may also vary depending on the provider.
You will be charged $10 when you first use one of these features, and you will not be charged again until your balance drops below $10.
How usage-based pricing works
You can think of these charges like top-ups. As you use more features like emails, calls or AI tools, the usage is deducted from your billing balance.
If you are not using these features, there are no extra charges.
