Why should I use tags?

Tags help you organise your subscribers so you can send the right messages to the right people. They make it easy to filter your audience, personalise communications, and run targeted campaigns.

What do I need before doing this?

Before adding a tag, make sure you have:

  • A subscriber or list of subscribers you want to tag

  • The tag(s) you want to apply already created in FEA Create

How long will this take?

Less than a minute.

Step 1: Go to Subscribers

Log in to your FEA Create account and go to the Subscribers section.

Step 2: Find the Subscriber

Search for the subscriber(s) you want to tag and click the checkbox next to their name.

Step 3: Click Add Tags

At the top of the subscriber’s profile, click Add Tags.

Step 4: Choose the Tag

Select the tag you want to apply. For example, you might add your “Newsletter” tag if they need to start receiving updates.

Step 5: Add the Tag

Click Add Tags to save your changes. The tag will now be applied to the subscriber.

You can also select multiple subscribers at once to apply the same tag in bulk.
