What Do I Need Set Up First?

Before you create a smartlist, make sure you have:

  • Your subscribers added to FEA Create.

  • Relevant tags applied to your contacts through automations

  • An understanding of the types of filters you wish to segment your audience by.

How Long Will It Take To Set Up?

Setting up a smartlist can take 2-3 minutes.

Creating a Smartlist

  • Go to Subscribers and click Add Smartlist.

  • Choose Advanced Filters. For example, select Email is not empty if you want to include only contacts with an email address.

  • Click Apply to update your filtered list.

  • Click Create to finalise your smartlist.

Once your smartlist is created, you can send email campaigns directly to it, making it easy to reach the right people.

Managing a Smartlist

Smartlists are automatically saved in your account, making it easy to access, edit, duplicate, or remove them anytime.

  1. Go to Manage Smartlists.

  2. Select the smartlist you want to manage.

  3. From here, you can Edit, Duplicate, or Remove the smartlist.
