Printful is a third party integration. This means the app and fulfilment process are managed entirely by Printful.
FEA Create cannot provide support for Printful specific issues such as product availability, shipping rules, fulfilment delays or Printful account settings. For anything related to this integration, you will need to contact Printful directly.
What is Printful?
Printful is a popular print on demand and fulfilment platform. It allows you to sell custom products like clothing, accessories and homeware without holding any stock yourself. Printful handles the printing, packing and shipping once a customer places an order.
When you connect Printful to your FEA Create ecommerce store, your products and orders can sync automatically. This means less manual work for you and a smoother experience for your customers.
Why use Printful with FEA Create?
Using Printful is a lovely option if you want to sell physical products without the stress of inventory, upfront costs or fulfilment logistics.
With the integration in place, you can:
Add physical products to your FEA Create store quickly
Automatically send orders to Printful for fulfilment
Keep order and shipping updates in sync

How long does it take to connect?
The connection itself usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes, as long as you already have a Printful account set up. Importing products and reviewing them afterwards may take a little longer depending on how many items you add.
What does the Printful integration do?
Once connected, the Printful integration allows you to:
Import products directly from your Printful store into your FEA Create ecommerce store
Keep products in sync so updates made in Printful are reflected in FEA Create
Automatically create Printful orders when a customer purchases from your store
Sync fulfilment and shipping updates from Printful back into FEA Create
Send customers email notifications once their order has been fulfilled
Important things to know before you start
Before connecting Printful, here are a few important things to be aware of:
Imported products are not published automatically and must be enabled manually
Product descriptions are not imported and need to be added inside FEA Create
Removing the Printful app will not delete products already added to your store
One Printful store can be connected to multiple ecommerce locations in FEA Create
Some products can only be shipped to specific countries or regions
Orders will not sync if the delivery address is not supported by Printful
Choosing the create new store option will create a store called LeadConnector Store
How to connect Printful to your FEA Create store
Step 1: Install the Printful app
Go to your FEA Create account
Open the App Marketplace
Search for Printful
Select the app and click Install
Step 2: Connect your Printful account and import products
Once you install the app, you will be prompted to log in to your existing Printful account or create a new one.
After connecting your account, choose the Printful store you want to use.
If you do not already have a store in Printful, one will be created for you automatically.
Select the products you would like to import into your FEA Create ecommerce store.
Remember, imported products will need to be published manually before they appear in your online store.
Step 3: Publish and update your products
After importing your products:
Go to the Payments section
Open Products
Publish each product manually
Add or update product descriptions and details
This step is important, as descriptions are not pulled in from Printful.
Step 4: Order creation
When a customer places an order in your FEA Create store, the order is automatically sent to Printful for fulfilment.
Step 5: Fulfilment and shipping updates
As Printful fulfils your orders, shipping and fulfilment updates are synced back into FEA Create. This includes both partial and complete fulfilments.
Things to keep in mind
Product descriptions are not imported from Printful due to platform limitations
Some products can only be shipped to specific regions
Delivery addresses must be accurate or the order will not sync with Printful
By connecting Printful with FEA Create, you can offer beautiful physical products without managing stock or fulfilment yourself. Just be sure to review each product carefully before publishing and remember that Printful support will be your go to for anything fulfilment related.
