Step 1: Go to Gift Cards

  1. In your FEA Create account, go to Payments and select Gift Cards.

  2. Click Create Gift Card.

Step 2: Set Up Your Gift Card

  1. Give your gift card a name and a description.

  2. Select an expiry date for the gift card.

  3. Optionally, you can add a URL link and any additional information about the offer.

  4. Enter your terms and conditions.

  5. Click Continue.

Step 3: Choose a Template

  1. Select a template for your gift card artwork.

  2. If using an image, ensure your image is 800 by 400 pixels max.

  3. Or use a Gradient for your gift card instead.

  4. Click Continue.

Step 4: Define Gift Card Options

  1. Set denominations for the gift card (e.g., £10, £25, or a custom price).

  2. Define any limits if needed (for example, for a limited number of customers).

  3. Add automatic taxes for your gift card.

  4. Create categories to keep your gift cards organized.

  5. Click Continue.

Step 5: Review and Create

  1. Review your gift card to see how it will appear.

  2. Click Create Gift Card to finalize it.

Step 6: Edit, Send, and Sell

  1. Once created, you can edit your gift card or send it to someone.

  2. To sell, click Sell and copy the checkout link.

  3. Paste the link into a browser to see the checkout page.

  4. You can also embed the checkout on a sales page.

  5. Gift cards can be disabled if needed.
