How to update your Billing details

We know running a business means needing to easily access your billing details!

If you joined FEA after June 2019, please follow the link & follow the instructions below.

1. Please enter your membership email, where you will be sent a secure link to log in

2. You will receive an email from ThriveCart with a secure link to access your billing area. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder

3. After following the link, you will find yourself in your billing area. Please click on the "Update my info" button to amend your billing information.

4. Please ensure your billing address is correct & matches your payment information.

Once you've saved this, it may take the system up to 48 hours to re-try your payment. You can drop the FEA Team a message on the Members' Club webchat via the icon at the bottom right of the page to re-try your payment for you.

If you joined FEA prior to June 2019, please pop us a message to [email protected] and we can get you switched over to our newer payment system!
