If you joined FEA after June 2019, you can access and update your billing details here in ThriveCart.

  1. Enter your FEA membership email, where you will be sent a link to access your account securely. If you donโ€™t receive this email, please check your spam folder.

  2. After following the link, you will find yourself in your billing area. Please click on the "Update my info" button to amend your billing information.

  3. Please ensure your billing address is correct & matches your payment information.

If you joined prior to June 2019, please send us an email to [email protected] and we can get you switched over to our newer payment system to make this process easier for you going forward ๐Ÿ’•

If you've updated your billing details due to a recent unsuccesful payment, the system may take up to 48 hours to retry your payment, so please reach out to the team on [email protected] if you're ready for this payment to be retried right away.
