The booking calendar is a powerful tool that allows you to schedule and manage appointments or events with ease.

How to Set Up Booking Calendars in FEA Create

Booking calendars are one of the best ways to simplify your business and make scheduling calls with clients, leads, and customers feel effortless.

Inside FEA Create, you can create booking calendars for:

  • Discovery calls

  • Coaching sessions

  • Client meetings

  • Onboarding calls

  • Consultation calls

  • Group sessions

  • One-to-one services

Instead of emailing back and forth trying to find a time that works, you can simply send someone your booking link and let them choose a time that fits their schedule.

What Do You Need Before You Set This Up?

Before creating your booking calendar inside FEA Create, make sure your:

  • Domain

  • Client portal

  • Email marketing

are already set up.

You’ll also want to decide:

  • What types of calls you offer

  • How long your calls should be

  • What days you want to be available

  • Which meeting platform you’ll use (Zoom, Google Meet, phone call, etc.)


Step 1: Open Booking Calendars

Inside FEA Create:

  1. Go to Booking Calendars

  2. Open your booking calendar dashboard

From here you can:

  • View appointments

  • Manage bookings

  • See upcoming calls

  • Track canceled appointments

  • Mark appointments as confirmed or completed


Step 2: Open Calendar Settings

To create a new booking calendar:

  1. Click Calendar Settings

  2. Create a new calendar

You can create unlimited booking calendars inside FEA Create.

For example:

  • Discovery Call Calendar

  • Coaching Call Calendar

  • VIP Client Calls

  • Support Calls

  • Group Sessions


Step 3: Set Your Meeting Preferences

Before creating your calendar, it’s important to configure your meeting preferences.

Inside Preferences, you can:

  • Connect Zoom

  • Add a custom meeting link

  • Choose how calls will happen

You can:

  • Connect your Zoom account directly

  • Use a Google Meet link

  • Add your personal Zoom room

  • Use phone calls

  • Use another meeting platform

Once your settings are updated, click:

  • Save Preferences


Step 4: Set Your Availability

Next, open the Availability section.

This controls:

  • The days you work

  • Your available appointment hours

  • Break times

  • Your working schedule

For example:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9 AM – 5 PM

You can also:

  • Add lunch breaks

  • Block personal time

  • Customize specific days

This helps protect your schedule and prevents burnout from back-to-back calls all day.


Example: Adding a Lunch Break

You can split your availability into multiple time blocks.

For example:

  • 9 AM – 12 PM

  • 1 PM – 5 PM

This creates an automatic break in your calendar.


Step 5: Connect Your Personal Calendar

Inside the Connections section, you can sync your personal calendar.

FEA Create supports:

  • Google Calendar

  • Google Workspace

  • Outlook Calendar

  • iCloud Calendar

  • Calendly

To connect:

  1. Click Add New

  2. Choose your calendar provider

  3. Log in

  4. Approve the connection


Why Calendar Syncing Matters

Once connected:

  • New bookings appear on your personal calendar

  • Existing appointments block out unavailable times

  • Double bookings are prevented automatically

This creates a seamless scheduling system across all your calendars.


Step 6: Connect Zoom

You can also connect your Zoom account directly inside the Connections tab.

Once connected:

  • Zoom links are automatically generated

  • Meeting links are automatically added to confirmations

  • Clients receive the Zoom details automatically

This makes the entire booking experience feel much more professional and automated.


Step 7: Create Your Booking Calendar

Now you’re ready to create your actual booking calendar.

Inside Calendar Settings:

  1. Click Create Calendar

  2. Add your calendar name

  3. Select your meeting type

  4. Set the appointment duration

  5. Choose your availability


Examples of Booking Calendars

You might create:

  • 15-minute discovery calls

  • 30-minute coaching calls

  • 60-minute strategy sessions

  • VIP support calls

  • Group onboarding calls

Each calendar can have completely different settings.


Step 8: Customize Your Booking Experience

Inside your calendar settings, you can customize:

  • Calendar title

  • Description

  • Booking form questions

  • Confirmation emails

  • Reminder emails

  • Branding

Step 9: Share Your Booking Link

Once your calendar is published, FEA Create generates a booking link.

You can:

  • Add this to your website

  • Share it in emails

  • Add it to your Instagram bio

  • Use it in DMs

  • Add it to funnels

Your clients can simply click the link and book a time that works for them.
