In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to set up your email marketing system and connect your dedicated sending domain inside FEA Create.
What Is Email Marketing in FEA Create?
Email marketing inside FEA Create is used for:
Workflow automations
Funnel emails
Lead nurture sequences
Booking reminders
Weekly newsletters
Broadcast emails
Sales campaigns
This is different from your actual business email inbox.
For example:
are business inboxes that need to be set up separately through your domain provider.
Important: Business Email vs Email Marketing
FEA Create handles:
Sending marketing emails
Automations
Workflows
Campaigns
But your business inbox itself must be created separately through:
Or your domain provider’s email service
What Do You Need Before You Set This Up?
Before setting up email marketing inside FEA Create, make sure your domain
is already set up.
You’ll also need:
A connected domain
A business email address
Company billing added inside FEA Create
before enabling email sending.
How Email Credits Work
Email marketing inside FEA Create works using email credits.
For example:
$10 USD = approximately 10,000 emails
Your credits:
Do not expire
Are automatically replenished when needed
Are not billed monthly
This means if it takes you six months to send your credits, they remain available until used.
Step 1: Request Email Marketing Activation
To activate email marketing inside FEA Create, you’ll need to:
Contact Team FEA
Or complete the email setup request form
Once activated, email services will be enabled inside your account.
Step 2: Open Your Email Services Settings
Inside FEA Create:
Go to Settings
Open Email Services
This is where you’ll manage:
Your email sending setup
Dedicated domains
Email verification
Sending configuration
Step 3: Check Your Default Provider
Inside Email Services, your default provider should be:
LeadConnector
If you see:
Mailgun
Another provider
contact Team FEA so it can be updated correctly.
What Is a Dedicated Sending Domain?
A dedicated sending domain helps improve:
Email deliverability
Inbox placement
Domain reputation
Instead of sending emails from a shared system, your emails are sent directly from your own branded domain.
This helps reduce the chance of emails going to spam folders.
Step 4: Add Your Dedicated Domain
Inside Email Services:
Click Dedicated Domain
Click Add Domain
When entering your domain:
Do NOT add https://
Do NOT add www
Instead, add:
lc.yourdomain.com
For example:
lc.yourbusiness.com
The “lc” subdomain is used specifically for email sending.
Step 5: Verify Your Domain
Once your domain is entered:
Click Add & Verify
Click Continue
FEA Create will then attempt to connect your DNS records automatically.
Step 6: Connect Your Domain Provider
You’ll be asked to log into your domain provider.
FEA Create works well with providers such as:
If supported, the DNS records will be added automatically for you.
Step 7: Authorize the Connection
Once logged into your provider:
Click Connect
Authorize access
FEA Create will then automatically create the required DNS records.
Manual DNS Setup
If your provider does not support automatic setup, you can manually add the DNS records instead.
FEA Create will display the DNS records required for setup.
If you need help with this, Team FEA can assist you.
Step 8: Verify Your Domain Records
Once the DNS records are added:
Click Verify Domain
Verification may not happen instantly.
It can take:
Up to 48 hours
for DNS records to fully propagate.
SSL Verification
Once your domain verifies, the platform will also set up your SSL certificate automatically.
If the SSL status appears:
Red
Yellow
Unknown
simply click:
Verify
and allow the system time to update.
Once everything turns green, your setup is complete.
Important: Wait Before Sending Broadcast Emails
After connecting your dedicated domain, we recommend waiting:
At least 48 hours
before sending large broadcast emails.
This gives your domain time to fully propagate and build trust with email providers.
Why This Setup Matters
Setting up your dedicated sending domain properly helps:
Improve inbox placement
Reduce spam issues
Build domain trust
Improve deliverability
Protect your sender reputation
This becomes especially important as your email list grows.
Final Tip
Your email list is one of the most valuable assets in your business.
Once your email marketing is properly set up inside FEA Create, you can automate so much of your customer journey from lead generation and nurture emails to course delivery and sales campaigns 💕
