How to Set Up a Launch Event Funnel in FEA Create

Inside FEA Create, you can create your entire launch event funnel, including your registration page, thank you page, replay page, forms, and reminder emails.

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to set everything up for your workshop, webinar, masterclass, or live launch event inside FEA Create.

What Can You Use a Launch Event Funnel For?

You can use launch event funnels for:

  • Workshops

  • Masterclasses

  • Webinars

  • Challenges

  • Live trainings

  • Free events

  • Launch events

  • Group coaching promotions

These events are designed to help you:

  • Grow your email list

  • Build trust with your audience

  • Promote your offer

  • Increase sales

What Do You Need Before You Set This Up?

Before creating your launch event funnel inside FEA Create, make sure your domain, client portal, and email marketing are already set up.

You’ll also want to have your workshop topic, branding, copy, images, Zoom link, and sales page prepared before building your funnel.

What Pages Are Included in the Launch Event Funnel?

The launch event funnel template includes:

  • Registration page

  • Thank you page

  • Replay page

  • Signup form

  • Reminder email setup

This gives you everything you need to start collecting registrations for your event.

Step 1: Set Up Your Event Details

Before building your pages, decide:

  • Your workshop or webinar title

  • The event date and time

  • What you’ll teach

  • Your Zoom or webinar link

  • Your offer or sales page

  • Your branding and images

If you are using Zoom Webinar or Zoom Meetings, make sure the event itself is already created inside Zoom so you have your event link ready to use.

Step 2: Clone the Launch Event Funnel Template

Inside FEA Create:

  1. Go to Websites & Funnels

  2. Open the Templates section

  3. Find the launch event funnel template

  4. Click the three dots

  5. Select Clone

You can then begin customizing the pages for your own event.

Step 3: Edit Your Registration Page

Your registration page is where people will sign up for your workshop or event.

This page should include:

  • Your event title

  • What people will learn

  • The event date and time

  • A clear call-to-action

  • A signup form

The FEA Create template already includes swipe copy and Canva templates to help make setup easier.

Customize Your Registration Page

You can customize:

  • Background colours

  • Images

  • Headings

  • Workshop details

  • Fonts

  • Branding

  • Call-to-action buttons

You can also update the section highlighting the key things attendees will learn during the event.

For example:

  • The 3 secrets to growing your audience

  • How to create your first online offer

  • How to build a profitable funnel

Step 4: Update Your Signup Button

Your main call-to-action button should open the registration popup form.

To update your button:

  1. Click the button

  2. Open the button settings

  3. Update the text

  4. Set the button action to Open Popup

Examples of button text:

  • Save My Spot

Step 6: Edit Your Thank You Page

After someone signs up, they’ll be redirected to your thank you page.

This page confirms their registration and gives them the next steps.

Your thank you page might include:

  • Confirmation message

  • Workshop title

  • Zoom link

  • Calendar reminder instructions

  • Facebook group link

  • Social media links

The template already includes swipe copy and Canva graphics to help you customize this quickly.

Add Your Zoom Link

If you are hosting your event on Zoom, you can add your Zoom link directly onto the thank you page.

You can:

  • Add a button linking to the Zoom room

  • Encourage attendees to save the link

  • Include reminders about the event date and time

Add Social Media Links

You can also link your:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook group

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • Podcast

  • Website

This helps keep attendees connected to your business before the event begins.

Step 7: Set Up Your Replay Page

After your event is finished, you can direct attendees to your replay page.

This page can include:

  • The replay video

  • Your offer

  • Bonuses

  • Calls-to-action

  • Purchase links

  • Countdown timers

Your replay page is where many people may decide to buy after watching your training.

Step 8: Set Up Your Reminder Emails

Once people register, you’ll want to send reminder emails leading up to the event.

Common reminder emails include:

  • Confirmation email

  • 24-hour reminder

  • 1-hour reminder

  • “We’re live” reminder

  • Replay email

You can use the Wait step in your workflows to achieve this.

These emails help improve attendance and keep your audience engaged throughout the launch.

Step 9: Prepare Your Sales Page

If your launch event is connected to a course, membership, or program, make sure your sales page and offer are fully ready before the event begins.

This includes:

  • Checkout links

  • Payment setup

  • Offer pages

  • Automations

  • Course or membership access

You don’t want to be trying to build your sales process after people are already ready to buy.

Final Tip

Launch events are one of the most powerful ways to grow your audience and sell your offers online.

You do not need a huge audience or a perfect setup to get started. A simple workshop, a clear message, and a strong invitation can go a very long way.

Start simple, use the templates to save time, and focus on helping your audience get a result during your event 💕
