Use this when a customer previously cancelled and wants to restart, if they missed subscribing, or if you want to help them get started quickly without waiting for them to do it themselves.

Steps to Manually Add a Customer Subscription
Step 1
Go to Payments in your FEA Create account.
Step 2
Click on "Subscriptions."
Step 3
On the right, click "Add Subscription."
Step 4
Add your customer's name.
Step 5
Choose when you want the subscription to start.
Step 6
Select the product they want to subscribe to.
Step 7
If a card is already saved for this customer, you can use it here.
Step 8
Or add their card details, which is handy if you’re on a call with them.
Step 9
Click "Schedule" and you’re all set.
