Accessing Your Monthly FEA Create Subscription
Step 1
Click the link below and enter your email address:
Step 2
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from “ThriveCart” with the subject “Update info/view purchase history”.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case 📩
Step 3
Open the email and click the link inside. This link does expire after a few minutes, so if it doesn’t work, simply repeat Step 1 to request a new one.
Step 4
Once the page opens, click “Update my info” in the profile section.
Step 5
This will open a window where you can view and update your personal and payment details.
Updating Your Credit Card Details
Step 1
Click the “Update” button to unlock the credit card fields.
Step 2
Enter your new card details.
Step 3
Click “Save Changes” to confirm 💫

This section covers any additional services you may be using, such as email marketing, purchasing a domain, or using our AI features ✨

Log in to your FEA Create account and head to Settings ⚙️
Step 2
Click on Billing and check that your card details have been added.
