If your domain is currently registered with Wix, you may run into limitations when trying to connect certain features inside FEA Create, especially when setting up a professional business email or dedicated email sending domain.

To have full control over your domain, email records, and DNS settings, we recommend transferring your domain directly to FEA Create.

Once your domain is transferred to FEA Create, you’ll be able to:

• Easily connect your website and funnels
• Set up a professional business email like [email protected]
• Configure email deliverability records for marketing emails
• Manage everything in one place

Below are the steps to transfer your domain from Wix to FEA Create.

Step 1: Sign in to Your Wix Account

Go to www.wix.com and log in to your account.

Click on your name or profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Domains from the menu.
Click on the domain you want to transfer.

Step 2: Unlock Your Domain

Before a domain can be transferred, it needs to be unlocked.

Scroll down to the Advanced section.
Find the option that says Unlock this domain.
Toggle the setting ON.

This makes your domain eligible for transfer.

Step 3: Request the Authorisation Code

Next, you’ll need your authorisation code, also known as an EPP code.

In the same Advanced section, look for Transfer away from Wix.
Click this option.
Request the authorisation code.

Wix will send this code to the email address associated with your Wix account.

Keep this code safe, as you’ll need it to start the transfer. If the code does not come through right away, reach out to Wix Support.

Step 4: Start the Domain Transfer in FEA Create

Now you'll initiate the transfer inside FEA Create.

Log into your FEA Create dashboard
Go to Settings
Click Domains
Select Transfer a Domain
Enter your domain name (for example: yourdomain.com)
Paste the authorisation code (EPP code) you received from Wix

Follow the prompts to complete the transfer request.

Step 5: Approve the Transfer

After starting the transfer, Wix will send you an email confirmation asking you to approve the transfer.

Open the email and follow the instructions to approve it.

Domain transfers typically take 5–7 days, although in some cases it can take up to two weeks to complete.

Your website will continue working during this time.

Important Note for Email Users

If you're already using a business email service (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho Mail), make sure you copy your existing DNS records before the transfer completes.

This includes records such as:

• MX records
• SPF records
• DKIM records
• TXT verification records

These records will need to be re-added in FEA Create DNS settings to ensure your email continues working properly.

Once Your Domain is Transferred

After your domain transfer is complete, you'll be able to manage everything directly inside FEA Create.

This will allow you to:

• Connect your website and funnels instantly
• Set up your professional email domain
• Configure email deliverability records for email marketing
• Manage your DNS settings in one place
