With FEA Create, Workflow AI can build out entire automations for you, from nurture sequences to purchase follow ups, simply by telling it what you want to happen.
Here's how to set everything up:
Step 1: Open Workflow AI
From your FEA Create dashboard, go to Automations.
Click the Build Using AI button.
There's also a ready made prompt for Workflow AI inside your Build It Faster With AI game plan, if you'd like a starting point.
Step 2: Tell It What You Want To Build
Describe the workflow you'd like, for example a nurture sequence for new newsletter subscribers.
Include as much detail as you can, such as how many emails you want, how many days apart they should send, and whether you need a confirmation email.
The more detail you give it, the better it can build this out for you.
Step 3: Send Your Prompt
If you'd rather not type it out, click the microphone icon to dictate your prompt with a voice note instead.
Once you're happy with it, click Send and Workflow AI will build the workflow for you.
This can take a couple of minutes, and it may ask you a few follow up questions along the way.
Step 4: Review And Refine Your Workflow
Once it's built, you can make changes manually or keep chatting with the AI builder to refine it further.
If Workflow AI has any additional suggestions for you, it will show them here too.
Step 5: Finish Setting Up Your Emails
Look for any circles inside your new workflow, these mark steps that still need your details.
Click on each one to add your from name, your from email, and to create the email content itself.
You can write your email with AI or use one of the templates provided.
