How to Set Up the Flash Sale Funnel Template in FEA Create

The Flash Sale Funnel Template inside FEA Create is designed to help you run a simple 48-hour promotion for an existing offer, course, membership, digital product, or bundle.

Whether you're promoting a best-selling course, creating a limited-time bundle, or running a special seasonal offer, this template gives you everything you need to launch your flash sale quickly.

In this tutorial, we'll walk through how to customize the Flash Sale Funnel Template, connect your product, configure the countdown timer, and prepare your promotional emails.


What Is a Flash Sale Funnel?

A flash sale funnel is a short-term promotion that offers a special discount for a limited period of time.

  • The offer is available for 24–72 hours

What Do You Need Before You Set This Up?

Before setting up your Flash Sale Funnel, make sure you have:

Step 1: Open the Flash Sale Funnel Template

Inside FEA Create:

  1. Go to Websites & Funnels

  2. Locate the Two-Day Flash Sale Promotion Template

  3. Choose your preferred theme

The Flash Sale Funnel is available in all five FEA Create design themes and matches the One Page Website Templates.


Step 2: Create Your Discounted Product Price

Before editing the funnel pages, you'll need to create a special discounted price for your product.

Go to:

Payments → Products

  1. Open the product you're promoting

  2. Scroll down to Add Another Price

  3. Create a new price

  4. Enter your discounted amount

For example:

  • Original Price: $97

  • Flash Sale Price: $47


Important: Connect Your Membership Offer

If you're selling:

  • A course

  • A membership

  • A program

make sure you also connect the correct membership offer under Additional Options.

This ensures that:

  • Course access is granted automatically

  • Login emails are sent

  • Onboarding automations run correctly

Once complete, click Save.


Step 3: Connect the Product to the Funnel

Return to your Flash Sale Funnel.

Inside the first funnel step:

  1. Click Products

  2. Select Add Product

  3. Choose your product

  4. Select your new discounted price

  5. Click Save

Your checkout is now connected to the special flash sale pricing.


Step 4: Edit the Sales Page

Click:

Edit In New Tab to open the page builder.

The template includes an instruction section with:

  • Setup guidance

  • Canva templates

  • Featured image templates

  • Branding resources

Once you've saved any resources you need:

  1. Click the instruction section

  2. Open Styles

  3. Disable visibility on:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

This hides the instructional content from visitors.


Step 5: Customize Your Sales Page

You can now edit the page exactly like any other sales page.

Update:

  • Headline

  • Images

  • Offer details

  • Testimonials

  • Benefits

  • FAQs

  • About section

  • Footer information

Make the page feel specific to your offer and audience.


Step 6: Configure the Countdown Timer

The countdown timer is one of the most important parts of the flash sale.

Click the timer element and update:

  • End date

  • End time

  • Time zone

For example:

If your promotion runs from Monday to Wednesday, set the timer to expire on Wednesday at your chosen time.


Step 7: Set the Redirect After Expiry

Once the timer expires, you don't want visitors accessing the discounted offer.

Inside the timer settings:

  1. Locate Expire Actions

  2. Choose Redirect URL

  3. Add the link to your full-price sales page

This means:

Before expiry:

  • Visitors see the discounted offer

After expiry:

  • Visitors are redirected to the regular sales page

This helps maintain the integrity of your promotion.


Step 8: Customize the Confirmation Page

Next, switch to the Confirmation Page.

You can update:

  • Logo

  • Thank you message

  • Support information

  • Branding

If you have a support email, update the support button with your email address.

To do this:

  1. Select the button

  2. Scroll to the link settings

  3. Enter your support email


Step 9: Publish Your Funnel

Once both pages are complete:

  1. Click Publish

  2. Select your connected domain

  3. Choose the version without "www"

  4. Click Save

Your funnel is now live.


Step 10: Create Your Flash Sale Emails

The Flash Sale Playbook includes a promotional email sequence designed to support your launch.

Typically you'll send:

  • 5–7 promotional emails

  • Over a 2–3 day period

Step 11: Create Your Campaign Emails

Go to:

Social Media & Email → Emails

Then:

  1. Create a new campaign

  2. Select Blank Campaign

  3. Choose Design Editor

You can then:

  • Add your email copy

  • Add buttons

Step 12: Link Your Emails to the Sales Page

Every promotional email should include a button linking to your flash sale page.

To get your funnel URL:

  1. Return to your funnel

  2. Copy the Step 1 page URL

  3. Paste it into your email button link
